MJS Tourist Transport – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation

• All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels (website, social media, call, or in-person).
• A 10% down payment is required to confirm the reservation. Full payment must be settled before the travel date.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice unless already confirmed and paid.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the trip are entitled to a full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the trip are entitled to a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the trip are non-refundable.
• Rebooking requests are subject to availability.

3. Passenger Responsibility

• Passengers must arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before departure time.
• MJS Tourist Transport is not liable for delays caused by late arrivals, traffic, weather, or road conditions beyond our control.Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. The company will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items.

4. Conduct During Trip

• Smoking, drinking of alcoholic beverages, and use of illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• Passengers must observe proper behavior and respect the driver and fellow passengers.
• Any damage inside the vehicle caused by negligence or misconduct will be charged to the responsible passenger.

5. Driver Rights

• Our drivers have the right to refuse service to passengers under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those posing a threat to safety.
• Drivers may alter routes in case of emergencies or force majeure.
• 6. Vehicle Use
  The vehicle shall only be used for the agreed route, destination, and time.
  • Additional charges may apply for extra hours, change of destination, or additional stops.

7. Insurance and Safety

• All our vehicles are insured and maintained for safe travel.
• In case of accidents or breakdowns, MJS Tourist Transport will provide immediate support and backup transport when available.

8. Data Privacy

• We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us during booking will be kept confidential and used only for booking purposes.
